LTTA: Blended Training Course: eCreativity eDiversity & Digital Storytelling
The main objective of this project is to train primary school teachers from 5 different European countries on the methodology of Advanced Pedagogy Framework for eLearning-eCreativity-eDiversity in K12 education so that they are able to implement and evaluate this framework in their classes during 2022-2023 school year: CSCDE Programme. This way, schools are going to increase the quality of their curricula and take advantage of the potentials of Distance Education to increase their capacity to operate jointly at transnational level for promoting collaboration, peer learning and exchanges of experience at European level. This Programme will include access to the methodology, educational material, ICT tools, online environments/platforms, examples of learning scenarios and digital stories that schools, teachers, and pupils will need in order to implement it [see Teaching Units below]
For the iLearning-eCreativity-eDiversity project / CSCDE progrmamme to be successfully implemented in schools the LTT activity Blended Course: eCreativity- eDiversity & Digital Storytelling is critical to the delivery of the project in order for teachers to give prominence to the philosophy of collaborative creativity, diversity and inclusion in the school online environment.: This course will take place in 3 Phases with the respective Teaching Units A. e-Learning (synchronous & asynchronous) training course: APF-R1, IeLSE-R3 & iContent-R2 for all teachers in Partner Schools (May-June 2022)

After the end of the Blended Course, teachers will be asked to apply the suggested methodology on their class with the aim to develop students’ digital competences and help them adapt to online/distance learning with activities that promote collaborative creativity and Diversity & Inclusion in the online school environment. Approximately 2500-3000 students from Cyprus, Bulgaria, Latvia and Germany, Greece and Lithuania will participate. The added value of including learning, teaching and training activities in the project is that approximately 230 teachers/ school leaders and 3000 students -will be introduced to the values, ethics and practice principles of the proposed pedagogical model in order to develop a critical understanding of the role of technology and the media to School Distance Education. -to understand that new technologies are needed to serve these purposes in ways that promote creative, deep thinking through interaction and exchange of ideas – to be engaged in Group work methods, allow for the exchange of ideas and therefore the possibility for groups to augment and make use of their creative potential increases. Educators, whether teaching in the general school or acting as school leaders, need to build safe online spaces of mutual trust. Only in such spaces/environments, is it possible to break down stereotypes, showcase the value of diversity and widen the understanding of inclusion in online environments and activities. The LTT will pave the way towards our objectives.
